We’re going back to the basics, ladies! And all you need is a classic kohl pencil. Because you can actually create a full smoky eye by smearing and blending your liner up and out. That’s it! You can do it with any color, as long as it’s a classic kohl pencil and not a longwear waterproof one. I love it because it gives your lid more of a “watercolor” finish that you can’t get with eyeshadow. Here’s how: (more…)
