HOW TO MAKE YOUR LIPS LOOK BIGGER

I confess. I’m a total cheater. And there’s nothing wrong with the natural shape of our lips! It’s just some of us have uneven lips or could benefit from a little volume every now and then. (Remember The 3-D Lip Illusion and The Fuller Lip Effect from my Beautician Magician Series?) I’m not suggesting you wear this technique to the grocery store, class or the gym. But grab a lip liner and play with your lip shape next time you feel like getting made up and you might really like it. A SPRING LIP

Coming out of Winter and into Spring is my favorite time of the year! Be gone with the vamp and oxblood lips from the past months! There’s so much inspiration everywhere with daffodils popping up, cherry blossoms blooming and azaleas gazing and all can be transferred into makeup choices. There are many gorgeous collections that have come out for Spring and I hope this post inspires you to take a quick walk down the beauty aisle at your local drug or department store or browse online and brighten your look with a new feminine and fun lip color! SMOKY EYE WITH ONLY LINER

This isn’t just a lifesaver in an emergency, creamy chunky liners actually give a smoky eye a whole new look, texture and finish that you can’t get with shadow. I don’t recommend painting your entire lid with a liner; it’s way too much product layering and will end up creasing and streaking. So try this method instead! I’ve done it on photo shoots, the red carpet and on myself and it will not crease.  (more…)
