When we think of spider lashes, we think Tammy Faye Baker. Wait… do you kids even know who Tammy Faye Baker is?? This past season at Chloe, Lanvin, Valentino and Mui Mui’s Fall 2011 shows, the Sixties-influenced clumpy lashes stunned perfectly.

Here’s the trick:

1. One coat at a time, really load up with a volumizing mascara.
2. Dip an eyeshadow brush into your favorite face powder and powder your lashes between each coat of mascara.
3. After your third coat, grab your tweezers and clump together a few lashes at a time in star-shaped points.
